About Coaching

  • Coaching is a collaborative, solution-oriented process that uses questions and active listening, as well as an intentional, supportive relationship, to help you gain clarity, wisdom, and motivation to progress toward your goals.

In my coaching, I primarily draw upon evidence-based practices from neuroscience, psychology, leadership studies, business, and theology to help you improve self-awareness, situational-awareness, motivation, and successful execution.

    • It interrupts your automatic responses, helping you reevaluate your thinking, believing, and feeling.

    • It deepens self-awareness, which leads to greater insight, improved decision-making, and personal growth.

    • It boosts motivation by tapping into purpose, values, and a hopeful vision of the future.

    • It promotes lasting neurological change by engaging with new perspectives, information, and experiences that shift behavior and thought patterns.

    • It's confidential, providing a supportive relationship in which anything at all can be addressed.

  • The number of high-capacity leaders utilizing coaches to reach their goals is increasing rapidly. Not only do individuals experience qualitative benefits, there is also a growing body of evidence on its ROI.

    • A study by the Manchester School of Management found that executive coaching had an average ROI of nearly 700%.

    • A study by the Hay Group found that organizations that invested in executive coaching for their leaders saw a median return on investment of more than 600% of the cost of the coaching program.

    • A study by MetrixGlobal LLC found that coaching was associated with a 529% return on investment and significant improvements in work performance, including increased productivity, better quality of work, and improved teamwork.

    • A report by the International Coach Federation found that 70% of executives who received coaching reported improved work performance, and 72% reported improved relationships at work.
